  • Third-Party Services: Links, embedded app services, and payment gateways (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal) are owned and operated by independent third parties. Briann & Co. assumes zero responsibility or liability for third-party service interruptions or privacy practices.

4. User Conduct, Errors & Order Rights
